| The Serengeti is a 60,000 square kilometer savanna which lies over Tanzania and Kenya. The biannual migration that occurs there is considered one of the seven tourist travel wonders of the world. The region contains several national parks and game reserves. Its name is derived from the Masai language and means "Endless Plains". |

| Lake Malawi , is the most southerly lake in the Great African Rift Valley system. The lake, third largest in Africa, is situated between Malawi, Mozambique, and Tanzania. Famously visited by the Scottish explorer and missionary David Livingstone, Lake Malawi has sometimes been referred by English-speaking people as "Livingstone's Lake." |
