Itinerary:

Arrival times vary with numbers & fitness of groups

– 07:15 Meet at Abseil Africa, 1 Vredenburg Lane, Long Street (Above Long St Liquors)
– 07:45 depart from Cape Town.
– 08:45 arrival at Sunbird Lodge for a delicious breakfast
– 09:30 enter the Gorge for a +/- 45 minute walk into Kamikaze Kanyon
– 12:30 lunch at the pools, leading to abseil down Thunder Falls.
– 17:30 arrival back at Sunbird Lodge for Sundowners (cash bar)
– 18:30 departure from Sunbird to Cape Town
– 19:15 arrival in Cape Town

A moderate level of fitness is a requirement.
