26 Day Four Country Trek – Accommodated tour
Route: Cape Town via Victoria Falls to Johannesburg
We leave the city of Cape Town behind heading north to Namibia. Highlights along the way include the Fish River Canyon, the second largest in the world, the Namib Desert at Sossusvlei and the coastal dunes at Swakopmund, a Himba tribe visit for a dip into their culture as well as The Etosha National Park for excellent game viewing opportunities.
From Namibia we head into Botswana meeting the Bushmen people, flying into the Okavango Delta for a 2 night stay at a island lodge and visit The Chobe National Park for game drives and a sunset boat cruise before crossing the border into Zimbabwe and gazing upon the Victoria Falls.
Turning south the trip travels through Zimbabwe to Hwange National Park for more game viewing, and visits two World Heritage Sites namely: Matobo Hills and the Great Zimbabwe Ruins before crossing the border back into South Africa and ending the tour in Johannesburg.
